Wally Meeks “MPV” Award was created by Dingle in 2018 to celebrate Steer-on-a-Stick’s most important volunteers for the year and also lifetime achievements. In a drunken, dyslexic haze, Dingle wrote MPV instead of MVP. Instead of fixing it, we embraced it. The award was renamed for Wally Meeks in 2019 after he won.
